1. textatrack.co.uk requires you to open an account. An account is automatically opened for you when you make a purchase via SMS. Furthermore, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and you agree to immediately notify textatrack.co.uk of any unauthorised use of your account or breach of security.
2. You may only use your own account, and cannot use anybody else's account without their prior express permission.
3. Once set up, your account will continue indefinitely, regardless of usage levels, unless terminated by you or textatrack.co.uk. You can terminate your account with textatrack.co.uk by emailing support@textatrack.co.uk. textatrack.co.uk can terminate your account without prior notice at the discretion of textatrack.co.uk management.

11. No compensation will be made to you for the set-up or operation of your account.
12. Where an artist or the site is unable to fufil an order due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, no liability, monetary or otherwise, will arise for that artist or the site.
