For this West Cork three-piece, it’s all about great songs. Their often sparse, but nonetheless carefully-measured arrangements invite you to take your own interpretation of the music. Within 12 months of forming, LOWmountain had been invited to appear on RTE’s Other Voices series 8, enjoyed significant airtime on RTE Radio 1 and various local radio stations and shared billings with Lisa Hannigan, John Spillane, Mick Flannery, Villagers and Dog Tail Soup.


Upcoming shows include: The IMRO Tour, Festival dates in the Czech Republic and 2 dates with Interferance.


Influences range from Ryans Adams, Neil Young and Emmylou Harris to Bruce Springteen and James Taylor. LOWmountain are currently working on new material in Studio CPR near Baltimore, West Cork.
